If you want to spend $160 the PXN V9 Version 2 is on sale right now, down from $190. I think the V9 version 1 I have is a good wheel but the quality is of course not as good as the Logitech wheels.

Non-Force Feedback, But With Vibration Motors:
PXN V900 v1 – Apparently regularly priced not at $109 (was $125) – this is the PXN mid-grade wheel with no shifter, good for rally and racing games but not so much for American Truck Simulator (ATS). For ATS, you want the shifter for more full immersion. A good way to get into racing wheels without spending too much money, to find out if you really like having a wheel (you will).

It was another 10% off with coupon, not now. This is the newer version 2 of the version 1 wheel I bought used, per the next listing:
PXN V9 Gaming Steering Wheels, 270/900° Driving Sim Racing Wheel, with Racing Shifters Paddle, 3-pedal Pedals and Gear lever Bundle for Xbox Series X|S, PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox One, NS(Used – Like New) – Currently $129. NOTE: This is the “Used Like New” wheel I bought. Ignore all the instructions about using an app to adjust this, that doesn’t work. There’s a Windows driver to install to enable the fake force feedback. I’m super happy with the wheel.
PXN Gaming Racing Wheel V9 Xbox Steering Wheel 270/900° Car Simulation with Pedal and Shifter, Paddle Shifters Driving Wheel for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Switch – Still $169.99 down from $179.99. This is the version 1 wheel if I’m not mistaken, so at this price you could get the second wheel listed, the Gen 2 wheel for $10 less as of this writing.
Force Feedback Wheels

Logitech but no shifter: Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Floor Pedals, Real Force Feedback, Stainless Steel Paddle Shifters, Leather Steering Wheel Cover for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Mac – Black – Was $199 as of 12/18/24, down from $299, now back at $292.
Another Logitech, no shifter: Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Floor Pedals, Real Force Feedback, Stainless Steel Paddle Shifters, Leather Steering Wheel Cover for PS5, PS4, PC, Mac – Black – Also down to $199, still no shifter, down from $299, as of 12/18/24. Now back up to $299 as of 1/21/24.
Note neither of these Logitech models has a proper shifter. Here’s the ones that do, they are on a great sale if you have more than $250 to spend:
Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Pedals, Force Feedback + Logitech G Driving Force Shifter – Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, Mac – Black – Now $342, down from $360 before Black Friday, was a lot cheaper ($199) until recently.
Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Pedals, Force Feedback, Real Leather + Logitech G Driving Force Shifter – For PS5, PS4 and PC, Mac – Black – sadly was <$250 in December, now $350 almost up to the old $360 price!
On these last two there’s an option to add in an Astro A20 Wireless Gaming Headset for an extra $85. Since this sells on its own for $88, this is not really a great add-on.
Then there’s this one, if you can afford it:
Logitech G923 Racing Wheel and Pedals, TRUEFORCE up to 1000 Hz Force Feedback, Responsive Driving Design, Dual Clutch Launch Control, Genuine Leather Wheel Cover, for PS5, PS4, PC, Mac – Black — $349. This looks like a step up if you’re not looking for a shifter.
OK I hope this list helps you see the possibilities, if you’re looking to save $$$$ and get a shifter, see the “Used Like New” PXN V9 version 1 wheel I got, my review is here. But it’s currently unavailable.
